Steve looks after a wide range of clients across the majority of business sectors. In addition to providing general financial advice, Steve’s expertise is in corporate finance, which involves assisting clients to expand their businesses by acquisition, grow organically or, at the appropriate time, groom and sell the business. 

Steve has spent the majority of his time assisting and advising smaller, owner–managed businesses although he did spend a period in industry where he led and project managed a number of acquisitions and disposals of motor dealerships, with the owner managers. He has been on ‘both sides of the fence’ and appreciates the challenges and complexities that buy/sell transactions involve. 

When not ‘doing’ corporate finance, Steve is active with sports and would like to kite surf, as he has found wind surfing to be more of a younger person’s domain!
