Local Bedfordshire solicitors Knowles Benning LLP have just been acquired by The Metamorph Group Limited. The acquisition is Metamorph Group’s 11th acquisition and is part of the nationwide expansion of this fast-growing consolidator.
Knowles Bennings has been a client of Foxley Kingham for many years and we negotiated the deal. As a well-known, longstanding and reputable firm of high street solicitors operating out of offices in Dunstable, Luton and Shefford, Knowles Benning specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing, probate and other services. The acquisition brings the firm into a much larger organisation with the same ethos and objectives and gives them access to other high street solicitors throughout the UK, which will support and bring new services to the local areas.
