Good risk management
For any business there is the ever-present risk of a tax investigation into its financial affairs.
If HMRC choose your business, they will request financial records and information, with the whole process potentially lasting months or even years.
With our tax investigation service, you are covered from all the stress and financial risk of a tax investigation, simply by making a modest annual charge. We will deal with HMRC on your behalf and work with them to get the best possible outcome for you.
How we work
If you are unfortunate enough to be targeted for a tax investigation, we can help make the process as painless as possible. Not only will we explain the process and your responsibilities while providing much-needed moral support, we can undertake the entire process on your behalf. We will conduct all correspondence with HMRC, protect your rights and work towards the best possible solution for you.
You won’t even have to worry about running up a potentially hefty bill for the additional work involved, as the fee you pay covers the costs of handling the enquiry. You will however be liable for any underpaid tax you owe.  Â
Ways you can benefit from our tax investigation service include:Â
- For a modest annual fee enjoy the peace of mind of being fully protected from the financial penalties and stress of a possible tax investigation by HMRC
- Have your tax enquiries dealt with by a familiar, friendly face, in a situation where you may be particularly glad of moral support
- As your tax investigation service provider, we know your business and can advise you according to you and your business’s best interests

She went on to specialise in Audit, but from an early stage in her career, expressed an interest in being more involved in managing both client relationships and the overall direction of her team and the wider business.
Karen’s client base covers all sectors ranging from small sole trade business to large multinational groups but her preferred work is helping clients to grow and develop their business, offering no nonsense straight forward advice.
